Creating an account

Ok so im making my new account and i get to the user name and password and i get this exact messge.

the server recognizes your request but chose not to fulfil it.

what on earth does that mean and what do i do?

plz help and ty

    ...Restart your modem/router.

    You tried to multyaccount and the account creation server stopped you.

    but me and my father run on the same IP so its not letting me make my account when he already made his?

    IPs are generally (in Italy it works like this) dynamic. This means that if you restart/turn off your router (not your pc) for something like 30secs, turning it back on you'll receive a new IP address...Which will enable you not to be recognised by the registration-account server.

    Create your account and enjoy playing with your father. :)
