The construct net's skin pack

When I unpacked the skins, I only saw miles of pictures and .bm8 (Wut?) and so I need help to where I should install them.

    I did What you said and when I opened Textures all that was in there was a weird clip of the opening scene for tribes but with blue guys/flag?

    I also saw a skins file but the icon is just a blank piece of paper and when I try to open it, it asks what program I want to open it with or try to find one itself or somthing like that.

    PS: I'm running Windows Seven
