All-in-one script pack for new players?

So I've had quite a few people I know interested in trying T2 for the first time. The problem is I don't want them to get turned off by the vanilla installment. Is there some all-in-one download that has necessary scripts/mods? (and possibly maps?... but I think I'm dreaming now)

    Hmm, yes - a starter pack would be handy.
    I've found one script for speed (unfortunately the readings depress me), but a map/script pack would be great.

    Here is a simple light version, that I just threw together, will try and update it with some better ones, as this is from recently new install of T2 and is missing some scripts that are nice to have, as not sure about the ethics of any of these being in question, however auto this and that, does seem to be tolerated...so if anyone objects to any of these in the pack, on grounds that it may be a cheat, can remove it from the distribution pack.

    Installation: Unzip to dynamix folder or temp directory and then move files desired to the "Base folder" to the same structured directory> Tribes2/GameData/base Folder

    I think I'd prefer as little 'auto' as possible.
    Anything that makes T2 a bit easier to handle or clearer would be great.
    I have a speed HUD and the PilotMod, but that's it.
    Any others that just do little (but nice) things?

    Also, I don't seem to have all the maps - I have the TWL and TWL2 packs, but I seem to be missing a few (Small Crossing being one).

    Here's a set I use on fresh installs. No skins or maps though. Support.vl2 NOT required.

    Just drop the vl2 in your base folder.

    It contains...

    By me...
    -advancedChain.cs = sticky chain script.
    -advancedKit.cs = auto use repKit on pickup, plus other options.
    -fovFix.cs = set your preferred fov in the script.
    -gotFlag.cs = grab speed and toggleable "cover me" call.
    -interp.cs = interps chain and shocklance.
    -jumpJet.cs = toggleable jumpjet.
    -zoomwepcycle.cs = zoomOn and mousewheel changes zoom levels. ZoomOff and mousewheel changes weapons.

    By others...
    -silvercmdIcons.cs = large command screen icons.
    -pilot.cs = mad Monks pilot sense script
    -delDso.cs = delete .dso on exit.
    -centeredCC.cs = Center the CC on the player.

    Check the scripts for possible options and check your in game binds for toggles.
