sometimes mobile carriers choose to block certain ports or gaming things... make sure to contact ur provider about that and ask them about any restrictions on internet use and gaming over the air card. Also, the air card might have a built in firewall???

obvious use of windows movie maker is obvious. but still I found a laugh at the shocklance part. not the best montage ive seen but still you've made that clear in the end. 3/5 flags

Just delete (comment out) the ones you want in defaultGame.cs in the "function DefaultGame::sendGameVoteMenu( %game, %client, %key )" function. Line 2543 EDIT: But this can be circumvented, I believe, by hard-core coders who know what their doing (but, that'll never happen...)

:)) *eats cookie happily*

T2 path:/base/audio/fx/misc/goal.wav found in:base\TR2final105-client.vl2#audio\fx\misc\goal.wav using your favorite unzipping program

just dont put any terrain on the map, and put a huge ass kill-trigger below the playing field.

defaultGames.cs Line 2709:function DefaultGame::voteChangeMission(%game, %admin, %missionDisplayName, %typeDisplayName, %missionId, %missionTypeId){ %mission = $HostMissionFile[%missionId]; if ( %mission $= "" ) { error( "Invalid mission index passed to DefaultGame::voteChangeMission!" ); return; } %missionType =…

Y remove the command map?

i remember dling this and playing it for a little bit. its like WoW meets T2, except its a look-tech version sorta. still, loved how you can make T2 into a totally new game....

move the vehicles out of the Vehicle SimGroup and into the MissionCleanup SimGroup. The solar panels don't have the added variable so it doesnt 'shut down' the vehicles. And I believe you didnt put all the vehicles 'team' var correctly.

on gaming forum while drunk - i've seen it all..

run Tribes 2 in windowed mode. No res change done to your monitor, just a window :) I always play like that.
-
You might have installed a bad install. DL from TribesNext and check the md5 sum to make sure its a 'perfect' copy. THen install. Also, if you have a lot of scripts that process stuff (ei: when you kill someone, join a server, or something that constantly loops) can make the game slow down and jitter.

now we just got to hope someone doesnt send a virus or something as a game file when you download the mods... hopefully they have a extension filter or something for it.

if(!%selfPower = 0) { %obj.doDismount need to be if(!%obj.selfPower) { %obj.doDismount(); to compile and run correctly. Note that I just glanced at it, so I prob missed something.
-
neat idea, but i believe it could be done. Make a mission-side package (so that it only runs when the map is played) to add a ::onDestroyed function to disable vehicles for the team. also you'll need to add a function to handle if a user tries to get in a disabled vehicle. Just remember to make the map server-side so…

hahahaha it was a countdown to their 7 year anniversary!

Do a clean uninstall of Tribes 2 (Even delete the Tribes 2 Folder to ensure a full removal), then download the game and the patch from TribesNext (http://www.tribesnext.com/downloads). Check the MD5 of the big tribes file (not the patch). The MD5 should be: Don't know how to check the MD5? Quick google of "MD5 checksum" -…

either stop pressing the windows button, or run in window mode.

one time I rained down so much carnage with giveAll()

I wonder if we should get a URL without the domain name and the IP address of the website. (If the server it's hosted on doesn't change IP addresses...)
