Fresh instal of T2 with the patch applied, cmd window comes up with

SierraUp Replacement 1.0 (10/31/2008)
http://www.tribesnext.com/
Launching Tribes 2...
Args: Tribes2.exe -online

followed by an error popup that says what's in the title. I'm running winXP, fully patched up.
