HEEELPPPP Unhandled Exception

Hello the error that i have is that when i open the game it turns black then it goes back to normal then it says Unhandled Exception. :(

    I updated my server from winxp to WHS 2011. Now my TribesNext ded server gives me an unhandled expception. I get the error at the very end of ded server start-up.

    Same exact install, same hardware, just different OS. Do I need to change Firewall settings? Anything else I am missing?
