Yet another hacker. He was on a construction server and bypassed the voice chat spam filter and could cancel votes when he wasn't A or SA. I dont know if this is a Tribes 2 issue, or mod but I'm posting it he as well as in the-construct.net forums.

Probably a mod the server is running, or I would have fixed it by now.
