Sry, but again... Unhandled Exception

First, hello all! = )
I have got a trouble...
Standart Unhandlet excetion c0000005 at adress 000000000 (something like this)
I had already read this forum, i saw many topics about that problem.
But peoples have UE in game...
My sutiation is more hard. I cant start game. When i try to launch game - UE. Without any thinkings.
I had read this topic: http://www.tribesnext.com/forum/index.php?topic=1337.0 and any others. I did manyu steps what writen on this forum, but my EU still at starting game.

May be this problem because I use Windows XP SP3? Maybe need SP2 ?
Or any other way to launch Tribes 2??? I want it very much! Place, try to help me ...

Try the following:

• Ensure you installed the Catalyst Drivers for your card (reference: http://www.tribesnext.com/forum/index.php?topic=1792.0)
• Disable Catalyst AI in the catalyst control panel (reference: http://www.tribesnext.com/forum/index.php?topic=1056.0)

Hm... sry for my stupid english.
I mean that I deleted windows on C: drive and installed new windows.
Do you understand?) = )
I did it cuz i wanted to play T2 very much... so, now i'm happy...
