Weapon Creation Help!

Atm, im trying to create a new weapon for Super Admins only. I have everything except the restriction to for Super Admins only. Can someone PLEASE tell me where i go to make it super admin use only?
I host a TWM2 3.0 server. If someone can help me. Please reply.
