Been wondering about actual TRIBES in the game

Are their still tribes you can join? When i open the game the browser option and e-mail is blanked out, so are there still tribes?

Name only tribes. Meaning yes they are out there but the tags aren't there.

There are tribes (teams) that practice together and play matches against each other all the time.
