Did you change the private.store or the public.store files? If so that's the reason

Possibly rubyintersect.dll is no longer running on the server.

If that is coming up at login, try re-downloading your account certificate from the Auth server (The
Retrieve Account
feature).
If it's coming up when attempting to connect to a server, the server may be running a (very) old version of the patch...
If it's during account creation, try using a smaller key size (512 or 768 vs the 1024).
