Transfer from one PC to Another

as the title sates i want to transfer all the preferences and load outs from one PC to another.

My laptop CPU fan died and i don't have time to fix it so i am stuck playing on my studio tower till i get time to rip apart my laptop.

what files do i need to copy over to have the same load outs, controls, mouse sensitivity settings and such

Just transfer your base/prefs/ folder (or your [MOD]/prefs/ folder)
These files should have all your settings.
Some scripts may place their settings in other files, so you have to look around for those. But, that folder has all the basic configs...
