Voicepacks not loading

Hi long time listener first time caller.

So I have these two voicepacks (POE pack and Bale pack), they're both vl2 that contain a bunch of WAVs and a .cs file each. So I put them in /base/ and nothing happens theres no shortcuts to spam Ewok music or hear christian bale freak out.

So then I get this Tracer ECM script, put that in base/. It loads but doesn't recognize any of the voice packs.

I remember getting this to work years ago without Tracer script.
What do I need to do, which files go where? I gotta have my ewok music.

    I too have Tracer, but I don't know anything about the other two. And since no one else can hear client-side sounds anyway..........

    Well really its for me...I just like to hear christian bale freaking out. Or ewok music when my team caps. It's weird because I can hear the wav files when watching demos of people using them

    Yeah, if anyone else has the .wav file, (like if they have the same pack) they can hear you, and you them.

    Yeah, I, too, have Tracer on file, but have never heard of the other two. Sorry. Hope you get it to work!
