lol, I guess that is a little long. If you're using Comcast, maybe they're throttling you back (thinking you're file sharing)

DSL. The connection speed varies depending on time of day. Maybe it scales with the upload cap too.

Using your entire upload bandwidth slows everything including the upload itself down.
