Here can you type why just you can't join. Hopefully someone will come with a answer.

I can't join 1 server because I'm missing "twl-dereted.ter" where can i find that?

That's a TWL competition map. check Tribes2maps.com. Might be there if it's still up. Or check the TWL website directly. Not sure what the site address is. Maybe someone else can find it or you can google it.
