The only issues I've had with scripts so far is sometimes the vehicle dashboard would get shoved behind my chat windows, an annoying thing when on a bombing run. After a few tries to move it back with HudManager, it finally stuck in the right position at the bottom. I haven't had issues with any other scripts.
If you're running any scripts other than PJ's all-in-one, reinstall a clean copy of T2, with patch, and enable them one by one, most preferably one at a time (enable one, disable it and put another one in) so as to narrow down the possible interference among scripts. Then enable scripts one by one until you're back to your old setup. If problems persist, perhaps stop using scripts?
If a clean install doesn't work, then the issue obviously lies elsewhere.
One thing, frameskippa should only be used if your system has low spec hardware, meaning you get no more than say 100fps max. Then again, if you rock a laptop or a system with onboard graphics, skippa will help. I find a setting of 3 is usualy optimal for skippa. Delete all dsos you find in your t2 folder after making changes in settings or adding scripts to make sure they're not causing you any problems.. Also, look in the scripts tab in game to see if there's any script in the failed section, and fix it if there is.
