Spreadfire
Hey, guys
I am currently working on a new mod. I just started and have some ideas. I will post some of the ideas here and it would be great if I get some feedback. I am calling it SpreadFire, and will be coded out of Classic.
The mod will have all the gametypes edited with new ideas and will be called sf-gametypename. Now I started working on sf-ctf today. The way sf-ctf works would be the same as regular ctf. Except your team gets awarded overall points for destroying generators, invintory stations, turrets, etc. Also you are allow to vehicle cap, but if you do cap insted of your team scoring 100 points you will be awarded 50. There will be vehicles added and also weapon mods. Now how the weapon modes will work will be that they each have 2 weapon modes. The first is the regular classic weapon, and 2nd slot will be where I will make it a little wacky. Also in the game of sf-ctf you are allow to go outside of mission area but if killed your team looses some points. There will be a mid-air system that for every MA you hit you are awarded points. The farther the distance shot was the more points you get.
Well those are my starting ideas I have more but won't release them till later. Please give me comments because I would like to create a mod that is actually liked by the public. Also I will add a bunker as a deployable. I don't want to add much because that ruins a lot in my view. So no new weapons, packs, or so but there could be pack mods.
