New Accout Problem

:) Hi, getting ready for when the Browser functions start up I tried to make a new account leaving off the prefix tag {dggs} but could not create one. Kept getting "error with information on server". Where can I request to either get a new account or have the tag removed?

    Fixed the problem, turned off AV and FW and added new account with out a problem.
