Good pickup games?

So, I am a moderately-skilled player but I'm not sure if I have the time or dedication to join a team.

But I am getting tired of the randomness of Goon Haven.

I wanted to know if there were pickup games where people came on time and we had teams with leaders and more organized game play, rather than everyone doing their own thing. (This disqualifies The Pond's matches)
