ONLINE DEDICATED SERVER BUG
Try this:
1) Start up a Dedicated server with BOTS in it.
2) Join the server, but hit cancel before the map finishes loading
3) Then wait for the server to reset and try to rejoin it.
4) MESSAGE SERVER IS FULL and you cannot join the server.
I am NOT COMPLAINING I am GRATEFUL. JUST LETTING YOU KNOW!
Before you ask if I have any scripts or mods or anything. I DO NOT. My game files are exactly the way I down loaded and installed them from this website. NO MODIFICATIONS , NO ADDITIONS.

This fixed my server...
My Tribes 2 server running Bots counts them as double!
