My name is Thomas and I'm 26. I work in the transportation industry. I'm a competetive classic player(hiss!!!), but one you can talk too. It's possible that I'm an alcoholic.

Hi my name is JT. i've been playing t2 since it came out. well, with a few yrs off here and there. im prolly 1 of the few players in their 30's that are still around (im 38)
former teams include 4m, void, catalyst, divinity, manner crew, intensity, 311 and i think i was on vehement for a short time. currently, im the founder of a 7 man comp team called Ni-
outside of t2, i like long walks on the beach , rainbow colored puppies, and whole milk (skim is for pussies)
Well my name is Mauricio Ruballos. I wrestle and play football at school. I am currently 17, and am pretty mature for my age. Well I have nothing else to say...

I'm 22, currently studying Computer Science/Software Engineering. I spent several years studying Civil Engineering until I realized I hated it.
Currently, I am occasionally applying for internships, managing a software project, and working for RenWerX's Ascension project (along with fellow TN posters Mr. Keen and OniLink).
I enjoy: running, mountain biking, kayaking, and saying inflammatory things to people I think are too uptight.
I also help admin the Goon Haven servers, but that consists mostly of me stopping kick votes and occasionally extending the map timelimit if there is a good (well-balanced/semi-organized) pub going.
PS: I'm on a Classic comp team. This is a good time to find a team because some of the older comp players are forming new teams and taking new (or new to comp) players.
No photo, I don't release images of myself to the public.
Age: 26
Random Stat: 6'4"
Occupation: Owner of a residential tech support company
Games: I'll try anything but Hello Kitty.
Bio:
I'm an asshole. I'm a troll. I swear a lot because I enjoy the over-emphasizing nature it provides to whatever I'm saying. I'll watch the heads come off, bodies explode, backs bend in half, and then continue eating my dinner. I'll belittle the suicidal kid who is craving attention. It's the internet, why the fuck do people get so upset over it?
I enjoy making fun of stupid people, aggravating oversensitive individuals, and pissing off cocky bastards. I laugh at anyone who aspires to work at Gamestop, laugh even harder at the mother's who yell at their child for wanting love and attention while they're busy gaming. The great thing about gaming to me is the massive amount of retarded individuals who think they're intelligent.
I'm not an internet tough guy, I'm an internet veteran. Fuck all the pansies who cry over spilled milk, if you don't like what the internet brings you, leave.
That being said, I am generally enjoyable to be around unless you're fucking retarded.
I am not a fan of Canadians. They've been nothing but ridiculously stupid or racist when I come across them on the internet. Sure, we get it, you don't like the US, so stop fucking talking about it.
I believe in trial by fire. You can tell a lot about a person by observing how they act under pressure. I believe in honesty. I believe in confrontation of wrongdoing and resolution of arguments. I look down on anyone who is not emotionally mature enough to admit their wrongs and resolve matters.
In closing...
If I answer a question, it's the truth. I don't lie when asked questions, it's too easy to lie on the internet and I'd rather see someone squirm under the truth than ponder if it was a lie. if I refuse to answer, it's because I value my privacy. You won't see me on Facebook or Myspace posting the latest camwhore pic of myself to get attention. So, if you have a question that isn't a private matter, be sure that you want the answer before you ask it.
sup, im moto. best friends really do call me moto irl i been a tribes junkie since its birth. was a renegades player for t1, speciality was innovative flag defense. eventually me 'n my clan buddy figured out about every expoit in the game, which was fun, but eventually made playing kinda boring.
t2 i was a badass HoF for matches, 'n sneaky ass cloak/lancer in pubs. pretty fuckin badass tank driver too. im particularly famous for being able to take down shrikes in a tank, without shooting at them i also know all the cool exploits heheh
tv i was a heavy mortar flag spammer. none but the fastest assed grappler jockies could ever snatch my flag. i could time mortars like no other. used to love nailing high flying cappers halfway across the map with a single mortar shot
irl info: name john... but prefer moto with my best buds
33yr old, but act about 16. all my friends r crazy nuttcases. i try to enjoy life to the fullest every day. i been a radio frequency engineer (cellular design) for 10yrs, but recently strayed from my career to pursue PAINTBALL i also love motocross, hence my name, hang gliding, 'n vr photography
i moved to India 3yrs ago for my rf eng. was with a cool equipment manufacturer for 2yrs, then discovered there was finally paintball in India!!! i freaking love the game, always have. got some badass one of a kind oldskool guns in usa. anyway, i hooked up with the owner of indias first paintball company. we been dating for 6 months now. i quit my engineering job to help her with operations, since they were severely lacking, primarily due to the fact no one knows anything about the game or equipment here. money sucks, but being able to single handedy influence the development of the awesome sport of paintball for an entire country is priceless. i designed and built some pretty badass senerio gaming fields. if yall wanna c some pics 'n vr tours, lemme know.
anyway, i love to travel. been hoppin round the world ever since graduating college at purdue university. lived in hawaii for a couple years while workin for sprint. redesigned the network for all the islands 'n developed some badass new base station antennas. i also design software for system performance, macro 'n inbuilding rf design, 'n presentation. i been writting a book on the subject for a couple years now. hopefully ill finish it sometime
heres a pic of me on a camel in ciro egypt, next to the sphinx 'n pyramids.
that was a cool ass business trip living in india gave me the training how to bribe locals to do whatever i want. there are strict rules about how close you can get or touching the pyramids. but moto being moto... i paid off some security people, the camel jockie, 'n a desert nomad to escort me climbing to the top of a pyramid was freaking cool.
anyway, back to tribes.
i was originally with =ARC= during the end of t2 glory days, 'n start of tv. but shortly after tv launch, i hooked up with =MIG= 'n been with them ever since. i took over complete ownership of the clan after about a year, 'n managed to hang in through the slow times.
now that t2 is having a bit of a revivial, ive decided to kick it up a notch, 'n start actively recruiting again. the reason im posting about this here, instead of a recruitment thread or forum, is due to the nature of our group.
we are a very tight knit group of friends, ingame 'n irl. we used to attend the UVAlans, 'n get together 'n hangout doin all sorts o crazy fun shit whenever we could. one thing we dont like is for people to remain annonymous. getting to know one another irl really helps to make playing together lots more fun, 'n makes the group much tighter.
so, anyone who posts some cool info here, to share a bit who they really are, and is considering getting back into the game pretty hardcore, is welcome to stop by 'n say hello, 'n possibly end up a member of a cool ass tribes clan
its been slow goin for last couple years. we got serious into bf2 for awhile, but it couldnt hold our interest like tribes could. so im back with tribes, 'n lookin for some newblood for the mig crew. www.migcrew.com
i just rebuilt the site last year, 'n have been planning a bunch of uber cool shiznet for the site, but lacked the motivation to spend the necessary time to complete everything, due to the lack of an active game. well thats changed now, 'n the migcrew will be strong supporter of the re-birth of tribes2 (or birth of tribes next if you wanna call it).
i just registered mig on twl t2 classic 7man ladder. just need the players now get yer butts over to mig 'n check us out.
Hello to all. My name is mystic_1, I'm 38, a software developer by trade. I've been playing tribes since T1 was released, but T-V killed the magic for me. Used to have lots of LAN parties here at the house with my tribemates, and in 2002 I released a Tribes2 tribute video. I'm not l33t by any means, never got into matches, mostly played on dedicated Katabatic pub servers.
Haven't played T2 in years now but this past weekend I discovered the TribesNext project and am excited about the game again. My wife barely saw me all weekend because I was plugged in so much.
I'm 44, self employed symbioticaly by bad app/os coders, virus/malware writers, misguided system owners, and cheap/poorly designed hardware manufacturers. I enjoy time spent behind the trigger of most any weapon, in pc games and the real world. I also enjoy adult swim (go team venture) and all sorts of music save for rap and country. Food is good too. And sleep. Beer too.
its not till next year. it will happen tho. i didnt collect enough parts to build 100 identical tribes god machines for nothing. if i build it, they will come
I'm a corporate, Ex-Marine that is a happily married father of 2 sons that love video games. That's how I got into on-line gaming. It was my sons fault because they needed me to purchase games, pokemon and yugioh (?) cards from gamestop. I saw a section devoted to PC games and was mesmerized by the box cover of Tribes 2.
Before that moment I was very happy with console gaming. Atari, Commando 64, NES, SNES, Sega Gnesis, Sega Saturn (loved Soviet Strike, finished it) Play Station 2 (New Asteroids was addicting until I finished it, Nuclear Strike, was a nice challenge... my fav of the strike series!) I never used cheats until I finished a game, then had fun with the codes afterwards.
After I bought this game in 2003; just as the community started to slip, I got hooked... bad! I haven't touched console games since. The friendships, aliances and rivalries I've encountered since purchasing this game, (visiting forums, teamspeak and vent servers) still astounds and befuddles me. The deep loyalty to this game by people of extremely different backrounds fascinates me.
I trully believe T2 is the best game ever designed; I don't think it ever realized it's potential, I don't think the owner of this game has a clue just how remarkable and unique this game is and that is a travesty!
So.. Some of you may remember me as this tag -sibkin- Thoth, others might remember me from RD. Eye_of_Thoth. Just decided to check out T2 and found that in my absence it had been abandoned... Or so I thought. Yeah, capper mostly- rusty == loss of sickness, but I am quickly gettin' it back. If you remember me, or whatever PST. Lookin' to reform some ladders or get in on some pickups.

I Don't think I wanna see either until I get my beer googles... err Jack Daniel's "Kaleidoscope" in effect!
