unfortunately renaming or replacing wont do it. When someones being pulverised by a mortar the gibs are using the texture of the storm skin so ive replaced the storm texture with a gore'ish one but theres a couple of players who use the storm skin for whatever reason and so they look like big flying gibs. well sometimes the game picks blood eagle and diamond sword skins, sometimes it shows whatever skin the person chose and i think sometimes it shows only storm and inferno, what id like is that the game only uses the skins which arent storm or inferno, config file? console command? idk how

ok, HUD is done. its based on the original hud so you wont have to do any hud moving and it looks good on any resolution. (the flag icons are included btw, delete them if you dont want them) heres a pic of the whole icon set:

im on xp and the game didnt recognize my gamepad either, in most games a gamepad jockstick is recognized as any other joystick, maybe not in this one..

ah ok, i assumed the game wouldnt create another pz on mission load if there was already one in the .mis. well i guess ill have to stick to slow team FF's since i cant script at all, can i leave the other FF's (accel ones) the way they are or will that mess up the server? do i need to deactivate them on gameover?

i doubt there is one, perhaps you could do one by using a hud element, by moving it in the desired location. I dont think a crosshair in 3rd person makes much sense though since it would be right where your head is so you still couldnt aim precisely
