im trying to get osiris to work in tracer ecm i can only get 1 to work at a time and tracer ecm is sup to let voice packs work but they never show up

ok i posted new threads and no one can help me so i have to post an old one to get help i cant get my voice packs to show up in ECM what am i doing wrong?
