    Judging by the "scripts/autoexec/trcrsi_list.cs (427): Unknown commnd CreateServer.", I'd guess there might be a syntax error in your server.cs

    this is a problem with the script trcrsi_list.cs. Just remove everything in that script from line 266 down.

    I had the exact same problem, it wouldn't load my scripts from server.cs.
