account creation step 4

while trying to make my account, i got too the last step and submited my information, recieved a message telling me

"The Authentication Server understood your request but chose not to fulfill it"

Im attempting to play with my 2 sons and both of them already made accounts, could the fact we are all 3 using the same Cable modem/router giving us basicly the same IP be cuasing this issue ?

If an account was made within the past 7 days or have created 5 accounts, yes.

You can share accounts (login with the same credentials at the same time) until the 7 day waiting period expires.

Thank you , soon as i made this post i went to check stickys and Opps there it was , Yes my oldest son Kylum just got his drivers too work today and made his account, while they both talked me into downloading the New tribes so i will need to wait 7 days.
