Reticle Skin

Hello,

I'm trying to change my reticle gun target skin, however I'm having trouble with it.
I've tried placing the .vl2 reticle skin file into both base folder and base/texture/Gui folder and Tribes2/GameData/Base/Skins/ and Tribes2/GameData/Base/Texture/Skins/, but neither work. The skin I'm trying to use is created by Validuz called Blue. You can find it here: http://www.tribaloutpost.com/tribes2/styles/category/reticles
