How 2 demo & question

So I'm wondering where the default location my demos are saved to when I record one because I can't find it. Also what is the command to play old demos. The numbers are just total damage down with that weapon. They aren't important.

oh never mind I forgot I had to reinstall so that's why I didn't have any of my older demos :d
