Tribes wont open

I've downloaded Tribes, and the multiplayer patch. Whenever i click on one of the Tribes shortcuts(both base and classic) Nothing happens. However, It launched after i first installed Tribes with the "launch Tribes 2" button checked.

Try entering sierraup in gamedata

This window came up for a few seconds, then closed.
