Players join and go to Observer

:) Hi, last night on our server ##{dggs} Fast Action, several players joined and went straight to observer and counldn't join the game. One of them left and came back several times but still couldn't join. I checked all our settings but couldn't find anything wrong? I have no Idea what was up! Later on I did a complete server reinstall and as of now all seems to be working. This server hasn't missed a beat since starting in Jan, any Ideas of what could have happened, hacker maybe?

    Not sure but I'm using XP and all seems compatable, when uploading files it works OK. I use Branzone Server Company. I'll check further and come back to ya. Also after a complete reinstall this morning alls well so far till now 11:PM.
