Where is the file that saves my login information?

I reinstalled T2 and can't download my info because "The Account Server is OFFLINE" I still have my old tribes 2 folders, where is the file that saved my login info so I can put it into the new Tribes folder?

and

Tribes2/GameData/private.store

Copy both over.
