Tribes1 Lan play

I installed tribes one on a Mac (Intel) using CrossOver. Works great with the big exception that I can't connect to the host Lan computer. I added a new line, $Server::Master3 = "IPX:BROADCAST:28001"; in the serverpref.cs file. Anyone have any ideas why I can't see the Lan host?

Ps. I am at ver. 1.30

i used to use that in my dos games
