Wine tribes2 error message

Just wanted to let you know this, any suggestion to get around that?

Trying to run Tribes 2 with wine after applying TribesNext_rc2a.exe

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7ee491d8 "?" wait timed out in thread 0020, blocked by 0000, retrying (60 sec)

Before i applying the patch , i could play localy.

    RC2 is incompatible with Wine.
    Either wait for RC3 (which should be Wine friendly), or find RC1e (you'll need somebody else to generate an account for you, in that case).
    Next time try a basic search, as this is a Known Issue.

    I think putting "(LINUX)" or "(LINUX TOO)" in after the title Known Issues, might help reduce the number of Linux/Wine questions. It's just very few popular games even want anything to do with Linux, much less have posted support, and of course, most ppl are too un-used to searching or just too lazy. Just a consideration.
