Me have installed just this game, and cannot see servers! So me clicked View Servers[+] and joined IP, ERROR! "Server sent back unreasonable IP Challenge source. Possible replay attack attempt"?

Check out the "third" solution (actually it's just a separate section), this seems like your best shot.
If this occurs while connecting to a non-local server
* Ensure that your firewall has an exception for Tribes 2
* Disable any HTTP checking in your anti-virus software
* Open your console (~ [tilde] key), type

(where your.external.ip.address is from www.whatismyip.com) and hit enter.
