Patching error

Hi, i'm a new member of this forum/website. I want play tribes 2 online multiplayer.
I don't download any patch and now i'm downloading the patch 25034...Suddently there is an error message:
c:\Dynamix\Tribes2\GameData\base\TR2final093-server.vl2 could not be opened

Can some one help me? Please!

    Make sure the patch is for your version of tribes 2. There are multiple (previous patch version) to 25034 patches out there. If you need to check your version of tribes 2, go to gamedata and open zz.ini.

    You can also just download the full game, fully patched at our downloads page. I'd suggest downloading by torrent.
