When I try to make an account it waits for ages trying to connect and the tells me to close the page and try again. I've tried repeatedly and it still won't work. I've turned my firewall and antivirus off too. I'd really appreciate any help.
If you use AVG antivirus, simply turning it off may not work. You will have to actually uninstall it and reinstall it without the "link scanner" that causes these problems.
At least, that's what does it when you can't see the servers. I don't know if this might be something else, but you can still give it a shot.
