Maps entered twice in list

Hello, I used to play T2 on LAN with friends but didn't look at the online crowd until I recently stumbled accross this site. After roaming these forums the last couple of days and downloading the map packs suggested for the pub servers I have two entries for several of my maps (ex. TWL2-Drorck appears twice). It appears I ended up with both a .vl2 and .mis file for several maps. Is one used over the other in the pub servers or do I need to keep both? Thanks

    Seen this before. Yep if you have stuff in the missions folder it takes over that wich is the same map but in a vl2 but for whatever reason t2 lists each map twice. Think the deal is everything found in folders will overwrite the same data from vl2s.
    For example, your scripts.vl2 will be ignored if you have a scripts folder with the various script files inside.
