This probably makes sense. I got an email from them:
We wanted to let you know that the site will be going down for maintenance while we're working on our upcoming, exciting announcement. There are really big changes in the works so the site will be down for longer than usual, at least for a couple of days. We're planning on going down for maintenance on March 10th. Stay tuned to the InstantAction Blog for more information as it becomes available and, as soon as we know, when the site will be coming back up.
So what's the big deal? Well, we've got some really exciting announcements coming up. With GDC this week and PAX at the end of the month you know it will probably be huge.

Little update I saw on their main page... looks like its going to be able to integrate into Facebook. Seems like everything is attached to Facebook today....
