The installer won't start!

k, i have the installer, ive got the patcher, but I can't install the game! it always says "failed to start installer" i really don't know how to get around this, but if anyone knows how, then plaese say so!

Sounds like a corrupted installer. Check the MD5 sum against the one in this thread: http://www.tribesnext.com/forum/index.php?topic=721.0
