Hardware Requirements: LAN card or minimum 28.8kps modem, 4x cd rom
2d Graphics Card: DirectDraw compatible (minimum SVGA 640x480 @ 256 colors)
3d Graphics Card: 3Dfx Glide compatible 3d accelerator (recommended)
Sound Support: DirectSound compatible sound card
Peripheral Support: Mouse, keyboard
Network Support: Internet, TCP/IP. IPX

  • So there you have it, right off of each games' box. Yes, I have each game in the box, I am that much of a freak. How many of you have even _seen_ a t1 box? We should make a Tribes museum of sorts. Anyway, this is just to compare your current or proposed game systems to what hardware level the game makers were writing towards.
  • There was a Tribes Vengeance and some cool guys were developing a Starsiege 2098 or whatever it was called that blended both the Tribes series with the precursory Starsiege mechas.
