Hello,

I have seen another thread with this issue however I am not running any other instences of the game, and I opened up DMZ and there are no firewalls running and I am still getting this error. please advise.

If you are behind a router you have to forward the correct port to your machine. The standard port is 28000, check www.portforward.com for more info.
