How do i get a gamepad to work for this game

Hey love ths game i just want to know if anyone can help me configure the two analog sticks to work one for movement and 1 to aim i have a wirless ps3 setup controller it recanises it when i put the buttons for commands i just dont get how to get the two analog sticks to work can any1 help me out would be much appreciated
