Single Player/Lan not working?

I run it on Wine 1.2.2 OS X version and have the new RC2 patch installed correctly. I launch the single player version, the game boots, but then the screen says: "Please use the provided shortcut to launch Online" or something simmilar like that.

So.. is it even possible to play in SIngle Player? Is it removed with tha patch or what? Or is there something I missed?

The error you're referring to is only received when you launch Tribes2.exe without target parameters. In order to launch in LAN mode, you should be running "Tribes2.exe -nologin", but it should be noted that the singleplayer training missions are also launchable from online mode.
