Computer crashes when trying to exit game?

so when i click on quit..to exit the game...the computer freezes up...sometimes i can get out of it by either hitting the windows key or ctrl+alt+delete...but if i dont react fast then i cant do anything at all...and it freezes..anybody get this problem?

Video card driver problem most likely. At the closing of the game, there is a video mode switch which may cause problems with faulty drivers.
