Having trouble with the patch install

Hey so I installed the game just fine but the patch won't install for me. It says that "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item." Does anyone know what's up with this/how to help?

    If you're not running as an administrator, try that. Otherwise, it may be a false positive from an antivirus scanner.

    I tried turning off antivirus and the same problem occurred. It removes itself immediately upon download for some reason so I can't change any of the settings.. No idea haha

    You need permission to move and exe the file, so work on that. Also, can you dl and save the file to the t2 directory itself?
