System just beeps when I try to Create New account in game

System just beeps when I try to Create New account in game. I've gone through all the other technical challenges and thought I was in the clear finally. But when I try to create a new account and get to the last step, the system tells me to enter in a name and password, but just beeps with each keystroke, not allowing me to type anything.

What have I done wrong?

    Sounds like it's locking up at that screen. Do you have ports opened for t2 per the faq?
