Trouble making account.

Its great to see that the Server is back up and that you can now go and generate a key. But am i the only one getting this message when i try to make my account (name and password)

"The authentication server understood your request, but chose not to fullfill it"

have i done something wrong or do i need to do something else?

Either the account authentication server's down or you've already created an account within the last week.
