Unable to install multiplayer patch

When trying to install the mulitplayer patch the Terms of Use Agreement comes up and then immediately dissapears, unallowng me to click on it so it installs. Anyway I can fix this problem?

    Try re-downloading it. Run it as administrator. Make sure nothing is blocking it.
