I have a problem when trying to download the MP patch

whenever I try to download the multiplayer patch, it gets to about 99% done, then says that it cannot open the file "C:\Dynamix\Tribes2\Gamedata\rubyintersect.dll" for writing, and I've clicked ignore, and then it tells me it cannot open "C:\Dynamix\Tribes2\GameData\msvcrt-ruby18.dll" for the same thing. If someone could tell me how to fix this, I would be incredibly grateful... I am an old T2 veteran, and lost my disc after I bought a new comp lol, and I am soo glad this is here, and I really want to play again. Thanks in advance.

Open up the task manager and terminate any process with the image name of "rubyintersect.dll". If there are no images running with that name, make sure you're running the patch installer as an administrator.
