Have you correctly Opened and Forwarded your ports on your Router/NAT Device? You will need to Forward Port 28000 UDP to allow your server to be seen.

Have you disabled http checking with your anti virus?

It has happened to me with a different computer and i think its driver related. Have you tried any 3rd party applications to capture the screen such as Fraps?

Nothing much can be done sorry, Happens on a lot of computers and operating system combinations. And randomly at that.

The same thing happened to me when I was running a g-force 2 500 mhz with XP and it would sometimes UE out, but not always.

Have you tried going into settings and changing the network settings from the default 56k to t1?

I was having the same problems as him i belive, the players jetting around would go in strage motions kind of like they are getting stuck in midair, once i changed the setting on my client I made a sample video of what playing the game on a lanned dedicated server looks like with the client set to 56k…

If it is a fresh install, you might want to check the settings, it appears that a default install goes with a net speed of 56k , just bump that to a t1 / lan via the ingame settings and you will be fine. (assuming this is what is causing your problems) Good luck, hope it helps.
