• I performed a clean install of the RC; maybe this is just one of those flukes. I'm going to have to reisntall Windows soon anyway (I can't get it to upgrade even with the upgrade-from-RC hack and I already set it back to the beginning of February to give me an extra month free of 2-hour restarts) so hopefully that'll clear…

• Ah, I already tried that (and under each other option, just to be sure). They all yielded the same error, sadly.
